Do you put a heating pad on your back?


The truth is heating pads are great for my business. Adding heat to your back, neck or any other new injury will bring inflammation to the area causing more pain. Some even notice seat warmers in their car aggravating their low back. Here is the rule: ice any new injury for 20 min. (only 20 min.) once per hour. Ice is a natural anti-inflammatory that will spot treat your pain. It also helps numb the area to reduce or even make the pain go away. This is a great time to get an appointment after you ice and even if  the pain goes away because we can prevent further issues and get in a great adjustment.
